This flexible, off-the-shelf digital program helps local pastors identify, gather, and disciple potential leaders. Whether used in small groups or larger gatherings, Essentials fosters spiritual growth, leadership development, and meaningful connection in the context of your local church.

Essentials is designed for a wide range of people already leading — or ready to step into leadership. In your local church, this may include:
