At Vineyard Churches Aotearoa NZ (VCANZ), we're committed to raising and releasing the next wave of leaders who will shape the future of our movement.

To live out our mission, we're building a clear and intentional leadership journey that includes five key pieces:

1. Essentials

Foundational training for all emerging leaders.

2. Vineyard Ministry School (VMS)

Equipping leaders with theology, ministry practice, and spiritual formation.

3. Advanced Leadership Community (ALC)

A space for staff pastors and experienced ministry leaders to go deeper in calling, connection, and capacity.

4. Launch Planting Cohort

Supporting and resourcing new church planters and pastors as they step into their calling to multiply churches.

5. Upskilling Events & Opportunities

Ongoing training, workshops, and resources to strengthen both leaders and churches across the country.

We are also actively refining how we support, nurture, and monitor our currently deployed pastors and leaders—bringing greater clarity and consistency to our care and development processes.
