We’re looking for someone who carries a genuine love for Jesus and a deep desire to see young people encounter Him personally. If you’re energised by discipling youth, building authentic relationships, and equipping young leaders to grow in confidence and faith, we would love to hear from you.

This role involves leading and developing our youth ministry in Warkworth — nurturing a culture where young people belong, grow, and learn to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. A key part of the position is investing in and supporting a team of volunteer youth leaders, helping them flourish as they serve.
