· Be part of a team who helps a certain demographic get connected into the community. eg. Young Adults, young families, women, men, mothers and babies, disabled/neurodiverse communities etc.

· Assist with planning and running events for the demographic.

· Help to develop a certain service or outreach to demonstrate love and service to a certain group. Eg. Assistance to the disabled, safe spaces for the neurodiverse, peer support, practical help etc.

· Develop skills to listen to people and disciple them.

· Build relationships and help facilitate meeting pastoral needs of the demographic community.
